Central Bank Cancellation of One Hundred Dollar Notes Notice (Legal Notice 357 of 2019)

The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, acting on the direction of the Minister of Finance, issued Legal Notice 357 of 2019 to cancel specific banknotes. With effect from 1st January 2020, all Trinidad and Tobago one hundred dollar notes bearing a series date prior to 2019 cease to be legal tender and are cancelled for all purposes. These notes are declared to be of no value following the specified effective date.
