Instruction No. 2017-I-01 on Nomination or Renewal Forms for Effective Managers and Board Members (Repealed)
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued this instruction to establish the specific forms and procedures for regulated entities to declare the appointment or renewal of effective managers and board members.
