Notice of Amendments to Legislation: May 2025
The Dubai Financial Services Authority Board enacted three Rulemaking Instruments to amend the DFSA Rulebook following Consultation Paper No 161. These updates modify the Auditor, Conduct of Business, and Prudential modules, with phased implementation dates of 1 July 2025 and 1 July 2026. Regulated entities must apply the revised requirements as published on the DFSA website, where updated modules will replace archived versions upon commencement.
