The issuance comprises 1,000,000 tokens backed by net cash flows from the commercialization of residential lots in the Costa Dorada project. Banco Atlántida El Salvador, S.A. serves as the Public Service Provider for this regulated digital asset offering.
PUBLIC OFFER NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS
Developadora Costa Dorada, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., it will issue the Public Offer for its income token "ECDORP". The issuance consists of a total of 1,000,000 tokens. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset the net cash flows generated by the commercialization of the residential lots of the Costa Dorada project. The public offer has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00022.
