The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 87-N to authorize the circulation of two new collector coins. The silver coin commemorating Henrik Malyan is scheduled for release on September 16, 2025, while the gold coin honoring Avetiq Isahakyan will enter circulation on October 1, 2025. These issuances are conducted in accordance with the Central Bank's Program on the Issuance of Collector Coins for 2026-2027 and relevant national legislation.

I n view of Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (1) “e” and “g” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Program on the Issuance of Collector Coins for 2026-2027; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Put into circulation, starting September 16, 2025, the collector coin “Henrik Malyan-100” (silver), in accordance with the specification and designs as described in Appendix 1 to this resolution .
Put into circulation, starting October 1, 2025, the collector coin “Avetiq Isahakyan-150” (gold), in accordance with the specification and designs as described in Appendix 2 to this resolution .
This resolution to enter into force on the day following its official publication.
