CL-2025-021: Disqualification from Registration with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) of Money Service Businesses (MSBs) Operating Without Prior BSP Registration
The Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2025-021 to enforce the disqualification of four specific entities from registering as Money Service Businesses. The directive prohibits Hanie Money Services, Jonathan Sarioy Changer, Czasha Changing, and Rajahs Money from obtaining BSP licenses due to their operation without prior registration. This action also extends to any sole proprietorships owned or controlled by the respective operators of these disqualified entities.
