This action was taken following a request submitted by the fund manager on January 29, 2025, and a favorable conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution formally approves the updated fund rules and entered into force immediately upon adoption.

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 21 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”, and Paragraph 16 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 117 N, dated May 2, 2011; Whereas on January 29, 2025 “General Asset Management”, a closed joint-stock company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of Conservative Pension Fund of “General Asset Management”, a closed joint-stock company, in the new edition; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 5, dated February 5, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
