Finansinspektionen issued these regulations to remove references to the Notification Obligation for Certain Holdings of Financial Instruments Act, which has been repealed. The amendment updates FFFS 2002:11 to align with the repeal enacted under Bill 2017/18:263. The changes enter into force on 1 January 2019.
