We address you to inform that it has been resolved to exceptionally extend the deadline for submitting the monthly information regimes - duly listed in Communication “A” 7590 - corresponding to the May 2025 period, which will take effect on June 25, 2025. This deadline shall also apply to requirements whose due date operates with the Information Regime “Debtors of the Financial System”. Likewise, it is highlighted that the following will retain their original due dates: the I.R. “Transparency Chapter II – Module Commissions, Charges and Rates for Users of Financial Services”, Section C - “Composition of the General Exchange Position” corresponding to the I.R. Foreign Exchange Operations, and the requirement “Identification of automated teller machines intended for financial services users with visual impairments”.
