Notice of Amendments to Legislation
The DFSA Board issued twelve Rulemaking Instruments to repeal and replace designated modules of the DFSA Rulebook with updated versions. Covering sectors including anti-money laundering, markets, conduct of business, and prudential regulations, these instruments take effect on 14 July 2013. The updated modules will be published on the DFSA website while earlier versions are archived for reference.
