Notice extending EBA/GL/2025/03 guidelines on ADC exposures to residential real estate to financing companies under Article 126 bis of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013
The ACPR extends the European Banking Authority's guidelines on acquisition, development, and construction exposures to residential real estate to financing companies. This notice requires these companies, which are subject to the Capital Requirements Directive and Regulation, to make every effort to comply with EBA/GL/2025/03. The measure aligns financing companies with prudential standards previously applied to credit institutions regarding ADC exposures.
