CL-2024-055: Rural Bank of San Narciso, Inc. Change of Corporate Name to SNR Bank
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued this circular to announce the authorized change of corporate name for Rural Bank of San Narciso, Inc. to Rural Bank of San Narciso, Inc. doing business under the name and style of SNR Bank (A Rural Bank). The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the corresponding Amended Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws on 14 August 2024. This notice serves as official guidance for all BSP-supervised financial institutions regarding the bank's new identity.
