Form Completion Instructions – Right of Establishment
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) requires intermediaries and secondary intermediaries establishing branches or permanent presence in other EU Member States to submit a standardized English-language notification form under the right of establishment. The instructions mandate a 1,000 HRK initial fee (waived for subsequent data modifications), detail sixteen specific form fields, and prescribe submission channels including electronic delivery to Passport.Imd@hanfa.hr. Furthermore, entities must notify Hanfa in writing at least one month before any submitted data changes take effect.
