NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF DIGITAL ASSETS PROYECTOS BRIKO, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as a digital asset issuer, informs the general public that on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., it will launch the Public Offering of its revenue token “BAES￾BRIKO.” The issuance has a total of 4,300,000 tokens. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset the earnings before taxes resulting from the annual fiscal year, which will depend on the acquisition, development, and future commercialization of the real estate units of the integrated urban development complex belonging to Polygon A of the project located in Nuevo Cuscatlán, which is made up of more than eight hundred real estate units.
