Bank of Zambia Circular 18/2003: Authorized Signatories Booklet
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 18/2003 to update the authorized signatories list for commercial banks handling government securities, foreign exchange, open market operations, and financial instrument settlements. The amendment immediately replaces Caroline Nyimba with Caroline Nyimba Ng’ambi in Category A, promotes Acting Assistant Director Lazarus Kamanga from Category B to Category A, and removes retired official Regina Mukupa Chilupula from the roster. These changes take immediate effect while all previously distributed signatures on the authorized signatories booklet remain valid.
