The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 222 A on December 30, 2025, granting a foreign exchange trades license to the Branch Office No. 1 of “Rezon” Limited Liability Company. The license, designated as No. 890, authorizes the company to conduct relevant activities at its location in the Nor Nork District of Yerevan. This regulatory decision follows the submission of an application by “Rezon” on December 15, 2025, and the subsequent positive conclusion from the Central Bank's Licensing and Supervision Committee.

BOARD RESOLUTION
December 30, 2025; No. 222 A
Granting an Activity License to “Rezon” Limited Liability Company (License No. 890) for the Branch of the Exchange Office
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
In view of clause 9 of the Appendix as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution (no. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007) on “Approving the Central Bank Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””;
Whereas on December 15, 2025 “Rezon”, a Limited Liability Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to seek a branch office license; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 57, dated December 24, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a foreign exchange trades license to the Branch Office No. 1 of “Rezon” Limited Liability Company (License No. 890) for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: 16/1 Gai Avenue, Nor Nork District, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Rezon” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Rezon” Limited Liability Company.
