Directive D2/2016: Six-Monthly Submission of Group Consolidated Information by Domestic Systemically Important Banks

The Office of the Registrar of Banks mandates Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) to submit credit-related statutory forms BA 200 and BA 210 on a group consolidated basis every six months. These electronic returns, covering end-June and end-December periods, must be filed within 30 business days, comply with specific regulatory certification and data set requirements, and undergo independent auditing. A parallel run will commence with December 2016 data, followed by full implementation for June 2017, while certain line items on the consolidated forms remain non-mandatory.
