The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this Decision to establish the procedures for monitoring the daily liquidity of economic entities. It defines illiquidity based on outstanding liabilities recorded with the Bank and mandates the publication of entity details and illiquidity durations on its website. The regulation also outlines the issuance of debt certificates upon request and supersedes previous liquidity monitoring decisions.
RS Official Gazette, No 48/2010 Based on Article 18, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, Nos 72/2003, 55/2004 and 44/2010), and with reference to Article 150 of the Bankruptcy Law (RS Official Gazette, No 104/2009), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues the following D E C I S I O N ОN MONITORING THE LIQUIDITY OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES
2 certificates on the balance of debt in enforced collection and the duration of illiquidity of economic entities, as well as other data. The certificate from paragraph 1 hereof shall be issued against payment of a fee prescribed by the decision on the uniform fees charged for services provided by the National Bank of Serbia. 6. This Decision supersedes the Decision on the Manner and Conditions of Monitoring the Liquidity of Legal Entities (RS Official Gazette, No 29/2005). 7.
