Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs)
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has declared the loss of Bangko Sentral Registration Document No. A009779-DE/S covering TPG Holdings Pty Limited’s foreign direct investment in Orchid Cybertech Services Incorporated. Authorized agent banks and foreign exchange corporations must immediately refuse to honor the document for any foreign exchange transactions, capital repatriation, or earnings remittances if it is subsequently found. This directive enforces Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions while a replacement registration is processed.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
