Circular Letter No. 07/2026 Date: 18 June 2026 To: All Chief Executive Officers of Scheduled Banks in Bangladesh

Subject: Updated Forms for Claiming Prize of Prizebond and Distorted/Defective Prizebond Value Exchange.

In accordance with the provisions of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 and the Bangladesh Bank Prudential Regulations, 2010 (as amended from time to time), and to facilitate the smooth exchange of Prizebonds, the Bangladesh Bank has issued updated forms for claiming the prize of Prizebonds and for the exchange of distorted/defective Prizebonds. These updated forms are intended to streamline the process, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhance customer service.
