Banco de Portugal issued Instruction No. 8/2020 to amend Instruction No. 15/2009, which establishes credit granting limits for agricultural credit unions under the RJCAM. The regulation specifically modifies the provisions regarding credit limits set forth in Article 28(2) and Article 36-A(6) of the RJCAM. This directive applies to the Central Credit Union and Agricultural Credit Unions, entering into force on April 16, 2020.
