Decision No 21/2016 of Národná banka Slovenska recognising the systemic risk buffer rate for exposures in Estonia
Národná banka Slovenska issued this decision to formally recognise the 1% systemic risk buffer rate established by Eesti Pank for all exposures located in Estonia. The regulatory measure applies to exposures defined under Article 33e of the Slovak Banking Act and aligns with the central bank's powers under Article 33f(1). This decision entered into force on 1 October 2016.
Decision No 21/2016 of Národná banka Slovenska of 27 September 2016 recognising the systemic risk buffer rate of 1% for all exposures located in Estonia Národná banka Slovenska, in accordance with Article 33f(1) of the Banking Act (No 483/2001 Coll. on banks and amending certain laws, as amended), has adopted this decision: Article 1 This Decision recognises the rate of 1% that Eesti Pank, under Decree No 6 of the Governor of Eesti Pank of 30 May 2016, has set for the systemic risk buffer, as defined in Article 33e of the Banking Act, applicable to all exposures located in Estonia.
