FSCA Communication 28 of 2024 (RF) Exemption of Pension Funds from Prudential Standard 1 Quarterly Reporting Requirements
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority issued FSCA RF Notice 16 of 2024 to exempt pension funds from specific quarterly reporting obligations under Prudential Standard 1 of 2024. This exemption waives the requirement to submit Regulation 28 reports for the second quarter of 2024, allowing funds to defer compliance reporting until the third quarter. Consequently, affected pension funds must submit their first Regulation 28 report within ninety days following 30 September 2024.
