The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) issued Communication “A” 8410 to permit authorized financial entities to distribute up to 60% of their net 2025 fiscal results (after mandatory legal and statutory reserves) in three equal, non-accumulative monthly installments beginning the third business day of May 2026. This distribution must align with the Business Plan and Projections Information Regime and Capital Self-Assessment Report, with all calculations executed in a uniform currency as of the assembly date. The BCRA has formally incorporated these transitional rules into Section 7.5 of its consolidated Distribution of Results regulation, maintaining their validity through December 31, 2026.
