يُقصد في تطبيق أحكام هذه التعليمات بالكلمات والعبارات التالية المعنى المُبين قرين كل منها: Translation: For the purposes of these instructions, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning set forth opposite each of them:

يتعين على مؤسسات الدفع الالتزام بمتطلبات الحوكمة التالية كحد أدنى: Translation: Payment institutions must comply with the following governance requirements as a minimum:

أي معايير أو ضوابط رقابية يرى البنك المركزي أن يتحقق مراقبي الحسابات منها. Translation: Any regulatory standards or controls that the Central Bank deems necessary for the auditors to verify.

إبلاغ البنك المركزي مباشرة في الحالات الآتية: Translation: Informing the Central Bank directly in the following cases:

أ. وجود أي معلومات تؤثر على سلامة المركز المالي لمؤسسة الدفع. Translation: A. The existence of any information that affects the financial soundness of the payment institution.

ب. الوقوف على أي أنشطة تؤثر على سلامة وكفاءة وسمعة مؤسسة الدفع. Translation: B. Identifying any activities that affect the safety, efficiency and reputation of the payment institution.

ج. وجود تعارض في المصالح أو أي قصور في نظام الرقابة الداخلية. Translation: C. The existence of a conflict of interest or any deficiency in the internal control system.

ألا يتقاضى من مؤسسة الدفع أي راتب أو مبلغ مالي باستثناء ما يتقاضاه مقابل عضويته في Translation: That he not receive from the payment institution any salary or financial amount except what he receives in return for his membership on the Council or its committees. المجلس أو لجانه. Translation:
