Summer Time in Palestine No. (27)
The Palestine Monetary Authority requires all banks operating in Palestine to commence summer time on Saturday, April 12, 2025, by advancing clocks forward by sixty minutes. This directive, issued under Article 73 of Banking Law No. 9 (2010) and endorsed by the Council of Ministers, applies to all banking institutions and is coordinated with the Capital Market Authority, Palestine Exchange, Palestinian Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Financial Monitoring Unit. Banks must adjust their operational hours and public-facing schedules accordingly to align with the new time standard effective immediately upon publication.

Subject: Summer Time in Palestine
Based on the provisions of Article No. (73) of Banking Law No. (9) of 2010, and in consultation with the esteemed decision of the Council of Ministers, we inform you that summer time will commence in Palestine as of Saturday morning, April 12, 2025, by advancing the clock hands forward by (60) minutes.
