The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Decision No. 138 A on 25 August 2025 to reappoint Martin Galstyan as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Deposit Guarantee Fund. This appointment is effective from 29 August 2025 and is based on provisions within the Law of the Republic of Armenia regarding bank deposit guarantees and the Central Bank's authority. The decision enters into force in accordance with the legal procedures established by law.

ON REAPPOINTING MARTIN GALSTYAN AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE DEPOSIT GUARANTEE FUND
Pursuant to Part 2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Guaranteeing the Reimbursement of Bank Deposits of Individuals”, and
guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point “e” of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
decides:
To reappoint Mr. Martin Galstyan as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, effective from 29 August 2025.
This Decision shall enter into force in accordance with the procedure established by law.
