Technical Instruction for the Preparation and Submission of Leasing Company Reports in Electronic Form
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) issued this Technical Instruction to standardize the electronic preparation and submission of annual and quarterly financial, additional, and capital calculation reports by leasing companies. The regulation mandates that all reports be submitted in XML format, signed with an advanced electronic signature by at least two management board members or the liquidator, and delivered via the Agency's designated data submission system. This instruction entered into force on January 23, 2015, applying to reports with status dates of December 31, 2014, and March 31, 2015, while simultaneously repealing the previous 2012 technical instruction.
