The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 66 A on April 22, 2025, to register amendments to the governing rules of the Limitless Prime investment fund. This action responds to applications submitted by Limitless Asset Management CJSC on March 14 and March 31, 2025, following a positive conclusion from the Bank's Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the asset manager or the day following its delivery to an authorized representative.

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; Whereas on March 14, 2025 and on March 31, 2025 “Limitless Asset Management”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Rules of “Limitless Prime”, a Public, Contractual, Open-Ended Investment Fund with Additional Risk, of “Limitless Asset Management”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 16, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Register the changes to the Rules of “Limitless Prime”, a Public, Contractual, Open-Ended Investment Fund with Additional Risk, of “Limitless Asset Management”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Limitless Asset Management” CJSC or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of that company, in the prescribed manner.
