The revised Chapter 1, Section 2 explicitly lists banking companies, savings banks, credit market entities, securities companies, and clearing undertakings as subject to these rules. The provisions apply at the group or subgroup level for Chapters 1 through 3, while Chapter 4 is excluded for clearing undertakings, with the regulations entering into force on 8 March 2023.
