The Secretary General of the Bank of France issued Decision 2025-20 to declassify a 10-square-meter land parcel in Marseille from the public domain. This parcel, previously used for a company restaurant, is incorporated into the private domain of the building at 15-17 rue Stanislas Torrents. The decision takes effect upon its publication in the Bank of France's official publication register.

THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE BANK OF FRANCE
Having regard to Articles L142-2 and L144-2-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code,
Having regard to Article L2141-1 of the General Code of the Property of Persons Public,
Having regard to the Opinion of the Council of State of December 9, 1999,
Having regard to Order No. A-2017-04 of the General Council of February 3, 2017,
Having regard to the decision of the Governor dated February 27, 2019, delegating powers to the Secretary General to pronounce the disaffection of the public domain and to authorize the transfers of real estate assets and rights of the Bank of France,
DECIDES
Article 1: The land plot in Marseille (6th arrondissement) registered as section 826 C no. 326 for 10 centiares, taken from the land base of the parking lot of the regional branch and which is allocated to the use of the company restaurant located mostly in the building at 15-17 rue Stanislas Torrents, may be purely and simply declassified from the public domain.
This plot of 10 m² will be incorporated into the land base of the building at 15-17 rue Stanislas Torrents belonging to the private domain.
Article 2: This decision takes effect on the date of its publication in the official publication register of the Bank of France.
