Companies Regulations (Fees) Rules 2022
The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued the Companies Regulations (Fees) Rules 2022 to establish the fees payable to the Registrar for various company-related functions. These Rules specify charges for the registration of documents, inspection or provision of copies, registration of company charges, and late filings, while also granting the Registrar discretion to reduce, waive, or refund fees in exceptional circumstances.
