This regulatory action follows a formal application submitted by Alex Capital on May 23, 2025, and a positive conclusion from the Central Bank's Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the fund or delivery to an authorized representative of Alex Capital.

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; Whereas on May 23, 2025 “Alex Capital”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the rules of “AC 1” Contractual, Non-Public, Interval, Specialized Investment Fund of “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company; I n view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 25, dated May 27, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Register the changes to the Rules of “AC 1” Contractual, Non-Public, Interval, Specialized Investment Fund of “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
