Listing of Marshi & Partners S.A.L. on the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions

The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, pursuant to Law No. 161 dated August 17, 2011 concerning Capital Markets, and pursuant to Decision No. 22/6/20 of the Capital Markets Authority Board, adopted in its meeting held on July 6, 2022, approving the granting of a license to "Marshi & Partners S.A.L." as a Financial Intermediation Institution to provide "Advisory" and "Arrangement" services regarding financial instruments, and since the aforementioned company is registered in accordance with the Commercial Register in Beirut, and pursuant to the summons received by the Capital Markets Authority on October 18, 2021, requesting its listing on the Financial Intermediation Institutions List, and after reviewing the submitted documents confirming that the legal conditions for this listing are met, it is decided as follows:
Article One: The name "Marshi & Partners S.A.L." is listed on the Financial Intermediation Institutions List and is assigned number 34. Article Two: This notice shall be published in the Official Gazette.
