High Seas Fishing Act (Commencement) Order, 2013
The Ag. Minister of Finance of Belize issued this statutory instrument to activate the High Seas Fishing Act (No. 26 of 2013). The order formally appoints November 8, 2013, as the date on which the aforementioned Act comes into force. This commencement was executed under the authority granted by section 56 of the Act.

ORDER made by the Minister of Finance in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 56 of the High Seas Fishing Act (No. 26 of 2013), and all other powers thereunto him enabling. (Gazetted 8th November, 2013.)
- This Order may be cited as the HIGH SEAS FISHING ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2013.
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 56 of the High Seas Fishing Act (No. 26 of 2013), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GASPAR VEGA, Ag. Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 8th day of November, 2013 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force. MADE this 7th day of November, 2013. Short title. (GASPAR VEGA) Ag.
