Notice of Amendments to Legislation: October 2025
The Dubai Financial Services Authority, following the Ruler of Dubai’s September enactment order, has promulgated DIFC Law No. 2 of 2025 to update core financial regulations. This amendment law will become legally binding on 30 October 2025, exactly thirty business days after its initial approval. All revised provisions are now accessible on the DFSA website’s dedicated amendments section for immediate regulatory compliance.

Notice of Amendments to Legislation: October 2025
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai on 18th September 2025 enacted:
the Regulatory Law Amendment Law, DIFC Law No. 2 of 2025 to come into force on the 30 th business day after the date of enactment ( 30 October 2025 ).
