Regulation on the Application of EBA Guidelines on Communication between Supervisory Authorities and Statutory Auditors of Credit Institutions
The Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia issued this regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's guidelines on communication between competent supervisory authorities and statutory auditors. The measure mandates that the Bank of Slovenia must fully consider these guidelines when exercising its supervisory powers over credit institutions under relevant EU regulations. The regulation entered into force on 1 December 2016 and became applicable on 31 March 2017.
