Reporting of Transactions Above R50,000
The Central Bank of Seychelles requires all Bureaux de Change to report daily transactions exceeding R50,000 (or foreign currency equivalents) to its Financial Services Supervision Division. These reports must be submitted individually using Forms BC(i)(a) and BC(i)(b), capturing client names, transaction purposes, exchange rates, and specific amounts. Completed returns must be e-mailed to fssdreturns@cbs.sc before 3 p.m each day to maintain accurate regulatory oversight.
