Subject: Name Change of Hajj Finance Company Limited.
It is informed that the name of Hajj Finance Company Limited, a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) regulated by Bangladesh Bank, has been changed to "Hajj Finance Company PLC."
Accordingly, Bangladesh Bank has issued approval letter no. DFIM(Gj)/1053/97/2026-1873 dated 02 Rabi al-Thani 1447/16 April 2026, granting permission for the name change and updating the relevant records.
