Granting a Foreign Exchange Trades License to “Casadel Store” LLC
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of Appendix as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007 “On Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””; Whereas on January 30, 2025 “Casadel Store”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to seek a license for foreign exchange trading; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 6, dated February 12, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a foreign exchange trades license to “Casadel Store”, a Limited Liability Company, for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: Andranik Str. 129/2, Malatia-Sebastia Community, c. Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
This resolution to enter into force on the day following the proper notification to “Casadel Store” LLC.
