Conasev Resolution No. 054-2011
The Peruvian Securities Market Commission (Conasev) issued Resolution No. 054-2011 to formally authorize NCF Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. to operate and manage mutual funds investing in securities. This regulatory approval grants the company full operational capacity to administer these investment vehicles under established market regulations. The authorization was officially published in the national gazette, El Peruano, on July 7, 2011.
