Subject: Final Financial Statements for the Year 2025
Reference: PMA Circular No. (40) dated 2022 regarding the submission of periodic financial statements, and PMA Circular No. (3) dated 2022 regarding the submission of annual financial statements.
In light of the above, and in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the following is hereby notified:

All supervised entities are required to submit their final financial statements for the year 2025 to the Palestine Monetary Authority by March 31, 2026.

The final financial statements must be prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and regulations, and must include all necessary notes and disclosures as required by the PMA.

The submission must be made through the PMA's electronic portal, using the standardized templates provided by the PMA.

Any delays in submission or failure to comply with the requirements of this circular may result in the imposition of administrative penalties in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
