The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding fraud data reporting requirements under Article 96(6) of the Payment Services Directive 2. These guidelines mandate that payment service providers, including credit institutions, payment institutions, and electronic money institutions, must take all necessary measures to ensure full adherence to the specified reporting standards. The implementation is enforced in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
NOTICE Implementation of the European Banking Authority guidelines concerning the requirements for the reporting of fraud data under Article 96, paragraph 6 of Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) (EBA/GL/2018/05) The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority has declared itself compliant with the guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2018/15) concerning the requirements for the reporting of fraud data under Article 96, paragraph 6, of the Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2). These guidelines apply to payment service providers – credit institutions, payment institutions and electronic money institutions – who must put everything in place to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
