2021 Calendar for Governor’s Meetings with Commercial Bank Chief Executive Officers
The Bank of Zambia has transitioned its Governor’s meetings to a quarterly schedule focused on commercial bank chief executive officers, while discontinuing separate chairperson sessions. The circular designates specific meeting dates for February 24, May 31, August 25, and November 24, 2021, with authority to convene special meetings when necessary. All commercial bank heads are required to align their operations with this revised quarterly calendar for the remainder of 2021.

2021 CALENDAR FOR GOVERNOR’S MEETINGS WITH COMMERCIAL BANK CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Kindly be informed that the Governor’s meetings with Chief Executive Officers of commercial banks will now be held on a quarterly basis. Furthermore, meetings with Chairpersons of commercial banks have been dispensed with, however, special meetings may be called as and when necessary. The proposed dates for the aforementioned meetings are as follows:
