The Monetary Board approved the voluntary surrender of the license of CDCP Employees’ Savings and Loan Association, Inc. to operate as a non-stock savings and loan association. This action was taken to facilitate the entity's voluntary dissolution and liquidation. The decision was formalized in Resolution No. 168 dated 08 February 2024.
