Subject: Cabinet Decision No. (4) of 2021 regarding the Minimum Wage
In reference to the esteemed Cabinet Decision No. (4) of 2021 regarding the Minimum Wage, we emphasize the necessity for money changers to comply with the provisions of the attached decision in accordance with regulations, based on the principle that the monthly salary shall not be less than the value of (1,880) New Israeli Shekels.

Cabinet Decision No. (4) of 2021 On the Minimum Wage in Palestine
The Cabinet, Based on the provisions of the Basic Law amended in 2003 and its amendments, And the provisions of Labor Law No. (7) of 2000, After reviewing Cabinet Decision No. (46) of 2004 establishing the Wage Committee, And reviewing Cabinet Decision No. (14/21/01/PM/SP) of 2012, And the decision of the National Wage Committee dated 2021/03/28, Based on the proposal of the Minister of Labor / Chairman of the National Wage Committee, And on the powers vested in us, And in pursuit of the public interest,
The Cabinet decided in its session held on 2021/08/23 the following:
(1) Article Adoption of the minimum wage in all areas of the State of Palestine as follows:
- The minimum monthly wage in all areas of the State of Palestine and in all sectors shall be an amount of one thousand eight hundred and eighty (1,880) New Israeli Shekels per month.
- The minimum wage for daily workers, specifically those working on a daily irregular basis, in addition to seasonal workers, shall be an amount of eighty-five (85) New Israeli Shekels per day.
- The minimum wage for one hour of work for workers covered by the provisions of paragraph (2) of this article shall be an amount of ten point five (10.5) New Israeli Shekels.
(2) Article What is agreed upon in the three tripartite committees formed pursuant to the decision of the National Wage Committee shall be considered part of this decision, after its approval by the Cabinet.
(3) Article All that conflicts with the provisions of this decision is repealed.

(4) Article All competent authorities shall, each within their respective jurisdiction, implement the provisions of this decision, and it shall be effective from the beginning of the year 2022, and published in the Official Gazette.
