Decision on Reporting to the Central Bank of Montenegro for the Purpose of Pursuing Resolution Function
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this Decision to prescribe the types, formats, and deadlines for reports that credit institutions must submit to support the bank's resolution function and monitor minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities. Credit institutions are required to file quarterly reports using specific templates, such as MREL1 and RKO, no later than 20 days after the end of each quarter, while annual reports detailing hedging, lease, and borrowing agreements must be submitted by April 15. All reports must be filed electronically using the annexed templates, with non-Montenegrin language contracts requiring certified translations, to ensure compliance with the Law on Resolution of Credit Institutions.
