Having regard to Articles L142-2 and L144-2-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, Having regard to Article L2141-1 of the General Code of the Property of Persons Public, Having regard to the opinion of the Council of State of December 9, 1999, Having regard to the delegation of signature granted by Mr. Denis BEAU, First Deputy Governor, on April 3, 2023,
DECIDES
Article 1: The sixteen isolation switches located in the lower part of the safe room of the Bank of France building, which is located at 1 place du général Catroux in Paris and occupied by the Cité de l’Économie et de la Monnaie, are movable property belonging to the public domain of the Bank of France.
These sixteen isolation switches are declassified from the public domain with a view to their transfer.
Article 2: This decision takes effect on the date of its publication in the official publication register of the Bank of France.
