Royal Decree 476/2020 of 27 March extending the state of alarm declared by Royal Decree 463/2020 for the management of the COVID-19 health crisis
The Spanish Government, via Royal Decree 476/2020, extends the state of alarm declared for the COVID-19 health crisis until 00:00 hours on April 12, 2020, following authorization from the Congress of Deputies. This extension maintains the restrictions on personal movement and other measures established in the original decree to protect public health and contain the virus. Additionally, the decree mandates that the Government submit weekly structured reports to Congress detailing the execution and effectiveness of the adopted measures.
