Guidelines on Electronic Submission of Data on Consumer Complaints to the National Bank of Serbia

The National Bank of Serbia issued these guidelines to mandate that financial service providers electronically submit quarterly reports detailing consumer complaints. Providers must accurately record and classify complaint data by service type, subject matter, and resolution status according to specified annexes, ensuring data completeness and precise categorization. The first report covering the second quarter of 2019 was due by July 15, 2019, with subsequent submissions required within 15 days after each quarter ends.
